Return Request Requirements
To qualify for a return, the item must be UNUSED and returned in its ORIGINAL PACKAGING. The product must be free from any signs of use, wear, damage, alteration, or assembly and must be returned with all original boxes, inserts, protective materials, accessories, labels, and documentation provided at the time of purchase. Saint Beauty reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these requirements, except where otherwise required by applicable South African consumer protection laws.
Return Procedure
To request a return, please contact Saint Beauty Customer Support and provide the following information:
- Full Name
- Order Number
- Description of the Issue
- Clear Photographs of the Product (if damaged, defective, or incorrect)
Failure to provide sufficient information may delay the processing of your return request.
Reservation of Rights
Saint Beauty reserves the right to:
- Refuse returns that do not comply with this Returns & Refunds Policy.
- Request reasonable evidence and supporting documentation for any return, refund, replacement, or exchange claim.
- Inspect returned products before approving a refund, replacement, or exchange.
- Decline any fraudulent, abusive, unreasonable, or excessive return requests.
- Reject returns where products show signs of use, damage, alteration, misuse, or are not returned in their original condition, except where otherwise required by applicable South African law.
- Amend, update, or modify this Returns & Refunds Policy at any time, subject to applicable South African consumer protection legislation.
