Shipping Provider

All orders are shipped through Aramex South Africa or another trusted courier partner selected by Saint Beauty.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and verified.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery time is 8–11 business days from the date your order is dispatched.

Delivery Delays

While Saint Beauty makes every reasonable effort to ensure timely delivery, we shall not be held liable for delays caused by:

  • Aramex or any third-party courier service;
  • Adverse weather conditions;
  • Public holidays;
  • Industrial action, strikes, or labour disruptions;
  • Civil unrest, natural disasters, or other force majeure events;
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer; or
  • Any circumstances beyond Saint Beauty's reasonable control.

Saint Beauty shall not be responsible for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from delivery delays where permitted by applicable law.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate and complete at the time of placing an order.

Saint Beauty shall not be liable for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

Tracking Information

Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Customers are responsible for monitoring the progress of their shipment using the tracking information provided.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact Saint Beauty as soon as possible and provide your order number along with any relevant photographs or supporting information.

Saint Beauty will work with the courier to investigate the matter and determine an appropriate resolution.

Delivery Acceptance

Risk in the products passes to the customer upon delivery to the address provided during checkout.

Customers should inspect their order upon delivery and notify Saint Beauty promptly of any damage, defects, or discrepancies.
